Seeking Alternatives for Lawyers in Transition (the “S.A.L.T. Community")
This is a virtual community for seasoned attorneys, especially those of color, who have made career transitions or who have become entrepreneurs. These women desire to share with others as they continue through the journey of life and make a difference in the world.
In addition, the community will invite younger women attorneys, other professionals, and entrepreneurs who have switched careers to help them avoid personal and professional pitfalls through mentorship and group coaching. Women who are newer attorneys or those with business careers will add their knowledge and creativity to the collective.
Women who join the community embrace the idea of salt as a valuable condiment. Salt provides flavor, healing, and preservation. A single grain of salt never seasons food. Multiple grains of salt flavor and make food more tasty, memorable, and impressive. The community will have an impact as it helps each woman become more of what she desires to be.
Salt can provide healing and is described as helpful to relieve soreness, pain, or a lack of hydration (saline solution administered in the hospital). Salt preserves by providing a means for meat and fish not to spoil. Learn to be like salt and contribute to preservation and continuity.
The women of the S.A.L.T. Community will discuss, listen, and collaborate for personal growth while helping each other.

One-on-One Coaching
With 40 years as an attorney and mentor, I help women define their goals, navigate
transitions, and plan for their next chapter. As a personal development
professional, I will engage participants with options to clarify their values and
desires for greater personal and professional fulfillment. I’ll guide you forward with
purpose and confidence.
Group Coaching
Join a supportive community of women of color ready to embrace their next
chapter. Through group coaching, I’ll guide you in clarifying goals, overcoming
challenges, and building strategies for growth. Together, we’ll share experiences,
foster accountability, and inspire and encourage one another for new forward
action.
Leadership Training
This leadership training empowers women to step confidently into leadership roles.
With a focus on communication, decision-making, and strategic growth, I provide
tools and insights to help you lead with purpose and authenticity. Together, we’ll
cultivate the skills to inspire, influence, and create meaningful impact.
Guided Workshops
My guided workshops provide attorneys and other professional women with a
collaborative space to explore personal growth, career transitions, and leadership
development. Through interactive sessions, practical tools, and group discussions,
women gain clarity, build confidence, and leave with actionable strategies to move
forward with purpose.
