Jan Myers Cook, J.D. is the President and CEO of JM Cook Leadership Consulting, LLC., a business she established in 2021. She is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer, and a New York attorney for over 37 years.

Her business purpose is to influence women attorneys of color to find satisfaction, success, and significance through her client-centered, holistic, coaching, and personal development strategies. Ms. Cook helps attorneys remove their roadblocks, reset, and carve new career and life paths. In addition, she leads virtual workshops and facilitations that provide strategies for professionals, entrepreneurs, and businesspersons to become more capable and effective leaders.
